• Registration fees cannot be transferred to another event.

• Limited seat availability

Transfer of Registration

Registration transfers to another participant may be considered only upon prior written approval from the organizing team and subject to applicable timelines and verification.

Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to:

• Change speakers/session timings
• Reschedule the event if required due to unforeseen circumstances

Such changes will not qualify for refunds.

Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the event is completely cancelled by the organizer, participants may be offered:
